Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within approximately 3 business days. 

We use Australia Post. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery within Australia. All of our parcels are tracked and sent with Standard Shipping unless Express Shipping is selected at checkout.

Standard Shipping is charged at a $12.50 flat rate Australia-wide and free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $150. 

No international shipping is available.

RoRo Boatique endeavours to use sustainable practices, wherever possible. We currently ship all items using Heapsgood Ecomailers. These mailers are plant-based, containing no poly plastic.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct. We take no responsibility for deliveries where incorrect details are provided or parcels are left unattended and are lost or stolen as a consequence.
